Trade Licence Cost

Privacy policy

What happens to the details you send, in plain terms.

Last checked

This policy must be reviewed by a UAE-qualified adviser before launch, and the operator details below completed. It is written to describe how the site actually works, not as legal advice.

Who is responsible

[OPERATOR LEGAL NAME — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH], [OPERATOR TRADE LICENCE NUMBER AND ISSUING AUTHORITY — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH], registered at [OPERATOR REGISTERED ADDRESS — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH].

What is collected

Only what you type into a form on this site. For a quote request that is the country, the activity type, the number of residence visas, your name and one contact channel, either an email address or a WhatsApp number, plus the page the request came from. For a consultant registration it is the firm name, its licensing authority, the markets covered, a name and a work email.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Requests are sent to a form-handling service, which receives the same details you submitted.

Why it is collected, and who receives it

Quote requests exist to be passed to business setup consultants who can quote on the work, which is the basis on which you give consent when you tick the box. Those consultants act as separate controllers of your details once they receive them, under their own privacy terms. Nothing is sold to advertisers or to list brokers.

Consent, and withdrawing it

The form does not submit without the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH], though a consultant who already received your request holds it under their own policy and should be contacted directly.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to pass them on and answer questions about them, and are then deleted. The retention period is set out in the operator's internal policy and will be stated here in months before launch.

Your rights under UAE law

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives individuals rights over their personal data, including the right to be informed about processing, to access a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to have data transferred. Requests can be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Rights differ if you are resident elsewhere, and requests from other jurisdictions are handled under the law that applies to you.

Security

The site is static and stores nothing itself. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to the form-handling service. No system is immune from risk, so please do not send passport scans, financial details or anything else sensitive through the form.

Children

The site is for adults setting up companies. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
